iRobot suggests that you clean up the area where the i3+ EVO vacuums before using it. This includes getting rid of any toys or clutter it might encounter. You should also keep the filters and dust bin clean to prevent them from getting blocked. When the i3+'s internal bin is full or its battery is empty it goes back to its docking station, automatically empties its trash into the station's external dustbin and then resumes cleaning the area where it began. Battery life is about an hour and a half of continuous use. It takes 3 hours to fully charge.
2. Roomba by iRobot
The iRobot i7+ is an excellent model from iRobot's flagship line and is packed with the latest technology. It's self-charging, self-navigating and the most crucial feature of all -- it has an auto-emptying dustbin, which eliminates one of the main sources of maintenance for any robot vacuum.
The Roomba I7+ is able to better map rooms with Imprint Smart Mapping. It also works with iRobot Home to schedule cleaning jobs, and you can direct your robot using the app or voice.
In top robot vacuum , the i7+ was more agile and faster than our second-placed model, the eufy RoboVac G30, and it picked up large pieces of pet hair from all surfaces types including carpeting. Its biggest advantage over the eufy, though, is its self-emptying dustbin, which eliminates a major source of maintenance and cuts down on recurring costs.
We were also impressed with the i7+’s compatibility with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant AI services. We utilized these services to instruct the robot on how to begin, stop, or pause cleaning sessions as well as move around the room, and vacuum a particular area.
